Accessibility Metadata and Export. A webinar for Canadian publishers
Conferences
Livres Canada Books organises a webinar that will provide guidance on producing, distributing, and displaying accessibility metadata for digital book sales in the European market, hosted by Fondazione LIA.
Discoverability and distribution have been identified as major challenges in accessible publishing. With the implementation of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), Canadian publishers need more tools and support to incorporate accessibility metadata in their feeds. Building on the latest industry developments, the webinar will equip English- and French-language exporter publishers of all sizes with additional competencies to efficiently use accessibility metadata.
Cristina Mussinelli, General Secretary of Fondazione LIA, and Gregorio Pellegrino, Chief Accessibility Officer of LIA, will host the webinar.
