How do you communicate about accessibility? What do you say internally, and what statements do you make in public? Do you make any special efforts to facilitate communication with people with print disabilities to get feedback and provide support?

DAISY Consortium organises a webinar to highlight “Publishing Accessibility Policy and Practice”. Fondazione LIA has been invited to bring its expertise on the topic: Elisa Molinari (LIA’s Project Manager) will partecipate in the webinar as a speaker.

This webinar will explore the often behind the scenes efforts that publishers and service providers can make to support their accessibility practices, and ensure that their intended levels of service are experienced by users, and when things go wrong how they might get addressed in the most appropriate way.
